We recommend using the mask 3–5 times per week for 10-20 minutes per session.

3. Is red light therapy safe?
Yes. Red and blue LED wavelengths are non-invasive, non-UV, and widely used in skincare routines.
Our devices are designed for safe, gentle at-home use.
4. Can I use skincare products with the mask?
Yes! You can apply hydrating serums or moisturizers before or after your session.
Avoid harsh acids or exfoliants immediately before using the mask.
5. Is the mask suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. LED therapy is gentle and suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin.

6. How do I charge the device?
Your mask includes a USB charging cable.
Charge fully before first use (usually 1–2 hours).
7. Does the mask get warm?

11. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for faulty or defective items within 30 days of delivery.
Due to hygienic reasons, used beauty devices cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
12. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — all Redé Glow devices include a 1-year limited warranty.
If your device experiences a manufacturing fault within 12 months, we will repair or replace it.
